Building your plan

For paid plans, a minimum number of assets is required to complete your subscription. 1 Year (10 assets) and 2 Year (40 assets). A few important details:

Reserved licenses for trial devices
You included at least 1 Trial Pack (2 devices) during your trial. These 2 licenses are reserved for you and are fully covered by your trial credit—no extra charges. 1 Trial Pack (2 devices) purchase will be applied as a credit toward any paid subscription plan
Subscribing? Why Asset Licenses and Devices May Differ”
Two licenses are reserved for the devices you purchased during your trial. Because of this, upon upgrading from a Trial to any paid plan, no additional devices will be shipped for those licenses—so the number of asset licenses and devices may not match exactly when checking out for a paid plan
