Getting started takes just a few minutes. Here’s how to activate your account, connect your trackers>assets, and unlock smarter operations with asset visibility

  • Access your Smartpin dashboard

    Use the link in your welcome email to log in. From here, you can view setup assets and manage your devices and customize groups, alerts, site and teams.

  • Unbox and Assign

    Your Smartpin edition Tiles, along with the necessary mounting supplies, are on their way. Once received, you’ll have everything you need to set up

  • Download the Smartpin app

    The Smartpin Connect mobile app makes setup fast and easy. Scan your Tile trackers, assign them to assets, and bring everything into view right from your phone

  • Watch location updates roll in

    You'll see location updates appear on your dashboard along with timestamps, proximity, street address, duration and more

Download the Smartpin app

Set up in minutes with the Smartpin Connect mobile app. Simply scan your Tile trackers, link them to assets, and manage everything from your phone effortlessly.

If you have login access, you can use the app to manage assets, view maps, and track equipment in real time. But even without logging in, any smartphone with the app installed automatically becomes part of Smartpin's Bluetooth scanning network—helping detect and update the location of nearby Smartpin-enabled assets across your operations
